第三届中国国际电动汽车与混合动力汽车技术大会即将召开

Dear All,

“Made in China 2025” proposed “energy-saving and new energy vehicle” as key development areas and cleared the development strategy: continue to support the development of electric vehicles, fuel cell vehicles, master the low-carbon car, information technology, intelligent core technology, enhance the engineering and industrialization capacity of the power battery, drive motor, efficient internal combustion engine, advanced transmission, lightweight materials, intelligent control and other core technologies, form the industrial system and innovation system from the key parts to the completion of vehicle to promote independent brands energy-saving and new energy vehicles to international advanced level, which pointed out the direction for China 's energy - saving and new energy automotive industry development.

Meanwhile, with the identifying and introducing of various policies and standards, especially the substantial retreat of subsidies, where is the way out of new energy vehicle industry’s technological innovation and industrial convergence? In this case, with the theme of “Vehicle of Change: Low carbonization, Informatization & Intelligence”, 3rd China International EV-HEV Technology Congress will be hosted on July 27 & 28 in Shanghai. We will invite experts and scholars from government, associations, universities, bus groups, OEMs, parts enterprises and testing and certification bodies to discuss the new energy automotive industry policy and market outlook, energy storage systems and charging facilities, well-known OEMs’ development trends, powertrain and key components and other hot topics. We will also provide two parallel forums for all the speakers and delegates to discuss the development and future of new energy vehicles.《中国制造2025》提出“节能与新能源汽车”作为重点发展领域，明确了“继续支持电动汽车、燃料电池汽车发展，掌握汽车低碳化、信息化、智能化核心技术，提升动力电池、驱动电机、高效内燃机、先进变速器、轻量化材料、智能控制等核心技术的工程化和产业化能力，形成从关键零部件到整车的完成工业体系和创新体系，推动自主品牌节能与新能源汽车与国际先进水平接轨。”的发展战略，为我国节能与新能源汽车产业发展指明了方向。

同时，随着各项政策、标准的确定和出台，尤其是补贴的大幅度退坡，新能源汽车行业该如何发展技术创新与产业融合？在此背景下，以“汽车变革--低碳化、信息化、智能化”为主题的第三届（2017）中国国际电动汽车与混合动力汽车技术大会即将于7 月27 日-28 日在上海隆重举行。大会将邀请政府、协会、高校、公交集团、整车、零部件企业和检测认证机构等专家学者共同探讨共同研讨新能源汽车行业政策与市场展望、储能系统与充电设施、知名整车企业发展动态、动力总成与关键零部件等热点话题并设立乘用车与商用车两大平行会议，共话新能源汽车发展未来。

Based on the previously successful experience, 3rd China International EV-HEV Technology Congress（July 27 & 28, Shanghai China） will provide a platform for new energy vehicle enterprises to contact, communicate, exchange and cooperate with each other. With the theme of ‘Vehicle of Change: Low carbonization, Informatization & Intelligence’, we will invite renowned experts from new energy vehicle industry to explore the new technology about energy storage systems, charging facilities and powertrain, as well as practical applications, in order to promote the development of new energy vehicle towards the international level.

在往届成功召开的基础上，2017中国国际电动汽车与混合动力汽车技术大会将于7月27-28日在上海召开，为国内新能源汽车相关企业提供一个广泛接触、联系、交流和合作的平台。本次会议将以“汽车变革-低碳化、信息化、智能化”为主题，邀请众多新能源汽车行业知名专家共同探讨最新储能系统、充电设施与动力总成的最新研究与实际应用，推动新能源汽车行业的发展，迈向国际水平。
